Returns are accepted within 7 business days from the date of delivery.
Only unopened and sealed products are eligible for return.
This policy applies specifically to Research SARMs, PCTs, and MEPs only.
Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition to be considered for a refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not provide pre-paid return labels unless the item received was incorrect or damaged due to our error.
If your item qualifies for a free return (wrong or damaged item), please contact us to arrange a return.
Due to the temperature sensitivity and light sensitivity of Peptides, we do not accept returns for these products under any circumstance.
If you're ordering for the first time, we recommend starting with a small order to assess product suitability.

Provide your order number and reason for return.
A return tracking number is required for all returns.
Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will process the refund.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refundable amount for all returned items.
This fee helps cover the cost of packaging, quality checks, and administrative handling.
Refunds or returns will not be issued for the following reasons:
Improper usage or handling of research products.
Damaged products caused by improper storage conditions.
Opened or tampered packaging.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@enhancebiotech.com with photos and details. We will prioritize resolution and offer a replacement or other appropriate remedy.
We understand the challenges associated with international customs. In the event your package is seized by customs, we offer a discount on your next purchase as a gesture of support. Please contact our support team with evidence of the seizure.
